• Teledex telephone product lines will be continued.
• Teledex global operations are now centralized at TeleMatrix world headquarters in Colorado Springs, and supported regionally through office/warehouse facilities in China, United Kingdom, Dubai, and India.
• Because Teledex had a significant order backlog on December 18, we are working diligently to clear it. We aim to start shipping existing (paid) orders in January. Teledex inventory is currently in our Colorado Springs warehouse for integration with Scitec/TeleMatrix logistics systems.
• In addition to existing Teledex inventory, we are also manufacturing new Teledex telephones in our ISO-9001 and RoHS-certified factories to help clear the backlog and meet customer demand. Details on product shipments and availability will be announced from the second week of January onwards.
• North America customer service, technical support, and warranty return inquiries will continue to be handled through our central support center in Colorado Springs. Please write prioritycare@telematrix.net for support-related questions, or refer to the contact section below.
• Teledex warranties will be honored as follows:
  1. Limited Lifetime Warranty – This warranty will be supported through January 1st, 2014 in those areas where TeleMatrix currently has service regions.
  2. Revised Teledex Warranty of November 2008- This 5-year warranty will be supported as is.
